musty towels

slow dryer

the only thing pleasant about this place was the washer/dryer, which took an eternity to dry my clothes. the musty towels nearly ruined my whole experience. i had expected complimentary fruit and tea for the hassle, but apparently that was too much to ask. i almost thought of giving a good review, but couldn't.

Towels had a musty smell!!! Shower curtain needs replacement due to odor!!! A small mirror at the desk would be greatly appreciated!!! Odd that the fridge lacks a freezer!!!

The great and the meh

Conveniently located near Gotanda station, it made exploring Tokyo easy. The room was comfortable, and the laundry facilities were incredibly useful during my stay.

Breakfast options were repetitive and limited, lacking variety which disappointed me. a late check-in time can be inconvenient for travelers.

Perfect Location for Food Lovers!

Staying just two minutes from Gotanda Station was a delight! We enjoyed authentic ramen at Ippudo and tasty chicken at Torizoku nearby. The convenient washer/dryer in our room was a game changer for our family trip. Pro tip, grab breakfast at the bakery right in the station!

staying at tokyo stay was great! it's super close to gotanda station, making it easy to explore. there are plenty of restaurants and even a supermarket nearby. the staff were always friendly and helpful, especially shimizu, who assisted me when I was heading to the airport. the in-room washer/dryer was a bonus too!
